Kefta
A simple mix using minced lamb or beef which can then be used for a number of different applications – simply grilled on a skewer (brochette), made into small meatballs and cooked in a tagine with tomatoes and onions (kefta tagine), or made into small pattys and simply cooked in a pan or on the bbq.

- 500 g. finely ground beef or lamb with some fat content, not lean. 10% is fine. - or a mix of the two
- 100 g red onion - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves if using lamb
- 1 tsp Ras Al Hanout
