Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 4 tbsp Rice vinegar or distilled vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 10 g Shallots very finely diced
  • ½ tsp Chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Minced ginger
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Spring onion
  • ½ tsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • Fresh coriander Optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, water and lime juice in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds and coriander.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and scatter on the sesame seeds and coriander (if using).
